Family dentistry
At Tavistock House we welcome patients of all ages. Many of our patients were first brought to see us by their parents in the 1970’s and 1980’s, and we now look after their children and in some cases their grandchildren!
Our team of dental professionals provide the highest quality of care by combining the latest techniques with modern and safe materials.
For children, we minimise future invasive treatment by applying protective sealants and treatments to prevent decay. When necessary, we can advise on diet, brushing techniques, what to look for in toothbrushes and toothpastes. In most cases, should your child need a filling we can place a cosmetic composite one to make the tooth look and feel as natural as possible.
For adults, we aim to preserve the health of your teeth and gums by informing and educating you on cleaning techniques, so that you have the best chance of maintaining your teeth for life. Our team of hygienists, dentists, nursing and reception staff all work together to look after you throughout your dental experience.
We are proud to have been awarded membership of the British Dental Association Good Practice Scheme since 2011 and we are constantly trying to improve the quality and range of services we can provide to our patients.
